Rates

Our kitchen spans 1600 square feet and operates as a full-service, shared-use commercial kitchen. It is equipped with complete prep stations and a wide array of commercial kitchen equipment. Commercial users can avail themselves of hourly rentals for both the facilities and the equipment.

Equipment:

Hobert 20 q mixer with all attacments
Two gas convection ovens
Colling racks with sheet pans
Commercial microwave
3 bay sink
Refrigerators and freezer
Commercial stove

Peak hours are from 7:00am to 7:00pm from Monday through Sunday.  A 30 minute minimum applies.

For groups, classes or events of more than 5 people, a flat rate of $55 per hour applies. 


Storage:

Cold, dry, or freezer storage- $30 each -per shelf


One time Charge:

Setup and registration: $45

Security deposit: refundable after 30 days of non use, $500

If you are not using the kitchen, you will be charge for a 5-hours a month (minimum use)
